Doctor

J. Kristian Rapisarda D.D.S.

Dr. Rapisarda was born in Prosser, WA, and was raised in Auburn, CA. He attended a private Academy in Sacramento, CA for High School and later went on to Pacific Union College, La Sierra University, and Loma Linda University School of Allied Health where he completed his undergraduate studies.

Dr. Rapisarda graduated from the prestigious Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2005 with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery.  Dr. Rapisarda has worked as a Dentist at Duvall Dental Center in Duvall, WA, and Round Round Rock Dental Center in Round Rock, TX, and has trained with some of the most prominent dental specialists. Dr. Rapisarda continues to further his education by taking many post graduate courses and consistently participating in professional seminars.

Dr. Rapisarda is a member of The American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, Clark County Dental Society,The Seattle Study Club (St. Helens Shadow Branch).

When not at the office, Dr. Rapisarda likes to spend time with his wife- Sheila, son- Noah, and newest addition, daughter- Arrianna. When not running around with the kids, Dr. Rapisarda loves to fly fish.

Sheila Alexander-Rapisarda - Business Manager

I recieved my BS in Dental Hygiene from Loma Linda University in 2005. Currently I am the the Business/Marketing Specialist at Rapisarda Dental. Our hope is that we can spark your interest in our office by the unique way that we practice dentistry!

Our approach is simple. We want to find and keep patients who appreciate an office that schedules enough time to really get to know their needs. Not just on their first visit, but on all subsequent visits. We also welcome and honor the fact that you want to refer your family and friends to our office. Our team looks forward to the opportunity to show you that there is a difference in dentistry, and that difference is at Rapisarda Dental.

When not running around for the office, I enjoy spending time with our son Noah, 3, and new daughter Arrianna. Also, I love to spend time with our friends and shop.

Lisa T. - Financial Coordinator

I was raised in Portland, Oregon as well! I attended college in southern California, where i met my husband Chad of 17 years. We have three children: Josh, Emily, and Ethan ("E"). I love to cheering Josh on at all of his sporting events - "Go Alki Wolves!" - doing girlie things with Emmy, and being entertained by "E." In my spare time (does that exist with 3 kids?) I like to read, waste time awtching ridiculous shows on Bravo, bake treats, and entertain my wonderful friends.

I truly enjoy working here at Rapisarda Dental, where I get to use my skills making sure your dental insurance does their part in taking care of your accounts - accuracy is my thing. I appreciate Dr. Rapisarda and all my co-workers; we really do have fun here. We hope all our patients feel comfortable and have a great visit, every time.

Jill - Front Office Receptionist

I am the friendly voice you hear each time you call our office!

I grew up here in Vancouver, and have lived here almost my entire life. I met my husband, Tim, at a church dance and have been married 13 years now. We have two children: Sydney and Zander. When not at the office, I enjoy Sydney's volleyball games, and Zander's field trips with pre-school. Also, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, watching movies, shopping, and getting manicures with my daughter.

Lisa D - Dental Hygienist

Hi! I'm Lisa and I have been a dental hygienist for the past 15 years. I grew up in Oregon and reside there with my husband Bryan and my two kids, Hailey- 8 and Jordan- 7.

I love being active. We spend a lot of time on our boat water skiing in the summer. I also love travelling, running, and keeping healthy. I look forward to taking care of all the patients that come to visit our office!

Tiffany - Dental Hygienist

I graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University in 2003, receieving my Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene. I have worked in a variety of settings, including private practice a nd as aj adjunct faculty member at Creighton University Dental School. I learned a great deal teaching Dental Hygiene, but my preference remains in private practice- getting to know my patients and their families.

I have been married to my husband, Kevin, for 11 years, and we have a beautiful daughter, Julia, who is 3. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family, working out, gardening, and reading.

Breanna - Dental Hygienist

I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Dental Health Science from Pacific University in 2009 and have experience working in a variety of different settings. I started my career in the dental field 12 years ago working in the front office, then continuing on as a dental assistant for about 6 years until deciding to go back to school.

I am originally from eastern Washington, but have made Vancouver my home for the past 11 years. I enjoy spending time with my husband, Kris, and our two beautiful children, Jordyn- 9 and Carter- 4. When we are not running the kids around to all of their sporting events, we love to go hiking, spend time at the beach, and enjoy time with family and friends.

Nancy - Dental Hygienist

I absolutely love dental hygiene!

I graduated from the Utah College of Dental Hygiene, Summa Cum Laude. My husband and I moved the northwest in the summer of 2011. We have a little baby boy named Cosmo (yes, he is a dog!) and we have all really enjoyed it here! I grew up in Utah and loved playing sports, especially lacrosse. Some other things I enjoy are: running, candy, ducks, nature, and spending time with my husband and dog.

My favorite part of dental hygiene is getting to interact with patients and provide comfortable, yet thorough, cleanings with my gentle touch. I also love educating my patients on all the most current health information there is to offer.

Rhonda - Dental Assistant

I was born and raised in the Portland area, but now live in Vancouver with my family. After raising our two children, I chose to take up a career in the dental field. Since graduating from Concorde in 2005, I have enjoyed working in the dental field and at Rapisarda Dental. I am truly blessed to have found such a great group to work with. I love the professional responsibilities of putting our patients at ease, and making sure they have a pleasant and comfortable dental experience.

When not working, I enjoy spending with with my husband of 23 years and our children, Chad and Trisha. I especially have enjoyed my grandson, Aiden, who is 3. Oh, and we must not forget our Yorkie, Movoz. I also take pleasure in skiing, camping, and any type of exercise.

Kimmie - Dental Assistant

I am a native Oregonian, born and raised in the Portland area. I attended college at Southern Oregon University as a student-athlete. After a career-ending injury, I moved back to Portland to finish my dental assisting schooling at Concorde. Since graduating from college, I have enjoyed working here at Rapisarda Dental. This is my home away from home. We are a family and treat our patients as a part of our family. I love what I do and appreciate working with such a professional, caring, and fun group of people. They keep me on my toes!

I have been blessed with an amazing family, who has supported me every step of the way. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and brand new nephew - Jax, playing with my puppy - Harley, working out with friends, shopping, travelling, and of course coaching the Varsity softball team at Clackamas High School, in Portland.
